1- Replacement and return must be within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
2- The product can be exchanged for a different size or a different product only once.
3- The product must be in good condition, unused and have all trademarks.
4- Products (pre-order, special details, or requesting additional modifications to the product, such as “lengthening, shortening, adding buttons, shortening any part of the product, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
5- International products and shipments cannot be returned or exchanged.
How does the exchange and return process work?
1- After contacting us, our team will review your request via WhatsApp.
To issue a return shipping policy for your product, it is valid for 3 days.
2- You must show or print the return policy sent to you to the shipping company representative. Laqit Store will bear the shipping costs.
3- The returned shipment must be delivered to the nearest branch of the shipping company within 3 days of receiving the policy.
4- If the returned order is not delivered to the shipping company within 5 days, it will be considered
That the returned order is cancelled and cannot be refunded.
5- For replacement requests, after the shipment has been received by the customer and its condition has been verified, the replacement will be shipped within 10 working days.
1- After the return shipment arrives and its condition is verified, our team will begin the refund process.
2- If the payment method for the order is Tabby or Tamara, the order value will be refunded from Tabby or Tamara according to their policy.
3- In the case of other payment methods, such as Visa, Mada, or transfer, the order value will be refunded to the card used or by bank transfer.
The refund process may take up to 14 days depending on the policies of banks and buy now pay later companies.
